Efektivitas Sistem Pembinaan Sepakbola Di Klub Indonesia Muda Purwokerto

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem pembinaan sepakbola di Klub Indonesia Muda Purwokerto, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pengurus, pelatih, atlet, dan orang tua atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang mencakup tujuh aspek pembinaan, yaitu: (1) manajemen klub, (2) kualitas pelatih, (3) program latihan, (4) rekrutmen atlet, (5) sarana dan prasarana, (6) dukungan orang tua, serta (7) pendanaan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan perhitungan rerata skor tiap aspek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembinaan sepakbola di Klub Indonesia Muda Purwokerto berada pada kategori Baik dengan rerata keseluruhan sebesar 3,88. Aspek dukungan orang tua memperoleh rerata tertinggi, sedangkan aspek pendanaan dan dokumentasi memperoleh rerata terendah meskipun masih dalam kategori Baik. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan sistem pembinaan dipengaruhi oleh integrasi berbagai komponen pembinaan secara sistematis. Keterbatasan pada aspek pendanaan dan dokumentasi perlu mendapat perhatian lebih agar mutu pembinaan dapat ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan.
