Masalah Penelitian Pendidikan Jasmani Dalam Konteks Pendidikan Kontemporer

Pendidikan jasmani dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer mengalami pergeseran paradigma yang menuntut pemahaman dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih holistik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis permasalahan penelitian pendidikan jasmani dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer berdasarkan kajian pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari buku teks, artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, prosiding, serta dokumen kebijakan yang relevan dengan pendidikan jasmani. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data secara naratif, dan penarikan kesimpulan melalui sintesis berbagai temuan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani kontemporer tidak lagi berorientasi semata pada aktivitas fisik dan keterampilan olahraga, tetapi menekankan pengembangan peserta didik secara holistik, literasi fisik sepanjang hayat, pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik, penggunaan model pembelajaran inovatif, integrasi nilai karakter dan sosial, serta responsivitas terhadap isu kesehatan dan perkembangan teknologi. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara konsep pendidikan jasmani kontemporer dan praktik pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, pengembangan penelitian yang lebih kontekstual, serta dukungan kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi pendidikan jasmani kontemporer.
