Efektivitas Peningkatan Kebugaran Fisik Siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui Implementasi Permainan Tradisional Egrang (Majjeka) dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk efektivitas integrasi permainan tradisional Majjeka dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani terhadap peningkatan kebugaran fisik siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pra-eksperimental melalui desain One-Group Pretest–Posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada seluruh komponen kebugaran fisik setelah integrasi permainan tradisional Majjeka. Kemampuan keseimbangan meningkat dari 18,41 ± 2,92 detik menjadi 20,99 ± 3,24 detik (peningkatan 14,00%), daya tahan otot meningkat dari 19,41 ± 3,04 repetisi menjadi 21,94 ± 2,66 repetisi (13,04%), kelincahan mengalami perbaikan melalui beberapa waktu Shuttle Run dari 12,50 ± 0,53 detik menjadi 12,05 ± 0,58 detik (3,54%), serta daya tahan kardiorespirasi meningkat dari 968,69 ± 68,24 meter menjadi 1038,91 ± 68,44 meter (7,25%). Hasil uji-t berpasangan menunjukkan seluruh komponen mengalami perubahan yang signifikan dengan nilai p < 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik gerak dalam permainan Majjeka mampu memberikan stimulus terhadap kontrol postural, kerja otot, koordinasi gerak, kelincahan, dan aktivitas fisik berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, permainan tradisional Majjeka berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani berbasis budaya lokal yang tidak hanya mendukung peningkatan kebugaran fisik siswa, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian permainan tradisional dalam konteks pendidikan.
