Mengeksplorasi Hubungan Antara Aerobic Exercise Dan Cardiorespiratory Fitness Pada Anak-Anak: Tinjauan Literatur
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara latihan aerobik dan perkembangan sistem cardiorespirasi pada anak-anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah dengan pendekatan studi literatur, melibatkan pengumpulan data dari artikel terbitan antara tahun 2013-2023 dengan sample usia 6-12 tahun yang terlibat dalam program latihan aerobik selama periode waktu tertentu. Adapun yang menjadi sumber informasi dalam artikel ini berasal dari berbagai artikel yang terdapat pada google scholar, elsevier, dan researchgate, dengan menggunakan kata kunci Aerobic Exercise, Cardiovascular dan Respiratory. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup parameter cardiorespirasi seperti denyut jantung, kapasitas paru-paru, dan tingkat konsumsi oksigen selama dan setelah sesi latihan aerobic. Selain itu, aspek-aspek lain seperti frekuensi, intensitas, jenis latihan, dan durasi juga menjadi faktor penting dalam memahami hubungan antara latihan aerobik dan kebugaran kardiorespiratori pada anak-anak. Implikasi klinis dan pedagogis dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi latihan aerobik yang sesuai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari anak-anak dapat mendukung pengembangan kebugaran kardiorespiratori yang optimal. Dengan demikian, penelitian lanjutan dan pendekatan intervensi yang lebih spesifik perlu dilakukan untuk lebih memahami dinamika hubungan ini dan memberikan panduan yang lebih terperinci bagi para orang tua, pendidik, dan praktisi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kebugaran kardiorespiratori anak-anak melalui latihan aerobik.
