Pengaruh Latihan Propriceptif Neuro Mascular Facilitation (PNF) Terhadap Peningkatan Kelentukan Pada Mahasiswa IKOR FIKK UNM
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh latihan Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) terhadap peningkatan kelenturan pada mahasiswa IKOR FIKK UNM. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 56 mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah senam yang memenuhi kriteria. Latihan PNF dilakukan selama 16 minggu dengan menggunakan kelompok pre test dan post test. Data kelenturan diukur menggunakan alat pengukur kelenturan standar sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Samples Test untuk melihat perbedaan antara kelompok sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kelenturan pre tes dan post test (p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ,dari 56 responden berusia antara 19 sampai 21 tahun, bahwa pada kelompok pre_test nilai mean 14.73 masuk dalam kategori kurang sekali dengan standar deviasi 0.90 sedangkan pada kelompok pre test nilai mean 19.04 masuk dalam kategori baik dengan standar deviasi 1.47. Dari hasil yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji paired sample test ditemukan hasil 4.31 dengan nilai sig 0.00 yang berarti ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan metode Propriceptif Neuro Mascular Facilitation
