Pengaruh Latihan Berbasis Target Terhadap Ketepatan Lemparan Shooting Atlet BKMF Petanque FIKK UNM

Shooting merupakan salah satu kategori dalam olahraga petanque yang memiliki tingkat kesulitan tinggi, khususnya bagi atlet pemula, sehingga diperlukan metode latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan ketepatan lemparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan berbasis target terhadap ketepatan lemparan shooting atlet BKMF Petanque Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Makassar (FIKK UNM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (one-group pretest–posttest). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 atlet petanque pemula yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes ketepatan shooting petanque pada lima station dengan jarak 6–9 meter. Latihan berbasis target dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengarahkan atlet untuk melakukan shooting secara berulang pada sasaran tertentu yang ditempatkan pada jarak bervariasi (6–9 meter) di lima station, dengan penekanan pada ketepatan dan konsistensi lemparan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji t berpasangan pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor ketepatan shooting meningkat dari 16,60 pada pretest menjadi 24,20 pada posttest. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan berbasis target berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan lemparan shooting atlet petanque pemula. Latihan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi shooting serta sebagai acuan bagi pelatih dalam menyusun program latihan yang terstruktur.
