Efektivitas Kinesio Taping Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Bahu Pada Atlet Voli

Nyeri bahu merupakan cedera muskuloskeletal yang paling sering dialami oleh atlet bola voli akibat gerakan repetitif overhead yang dilakukan dalam volume tinggi selama latihan maupun pertandingan. Kinesio Taping merupakan metode intervensi non-invasif yang banyak digunakan dalam dunia olahraga untuk mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan fungsi sendi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Kinesio Taping terhadap penurunan nyeri bahu pada atlet voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental dengan desain pre-test post-test with control group. Sebanyak 30 atlet bola voli yang mengalami nyeri bahu dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok intervensi (n=15) yang mendapat perlakuan Kinesio Taping dan kelompok kontrol (n=15) yang mendapat terapi konvensional selama empat minggu. Intensitas nyeri diukur menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol (p=0,001), dengan rerata penurunan nyeri kelompok intervensi sebesar 3,64 poin dibandingkan 1,63 poin pada kelompok kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinesio Taping lebih efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri bahu pada atlet voli dibandingkan terapi konvensional. Kinesio Taping dapat direkomendasikan sebagai terapi adjuvan dalam penanganan nyeri bahu pada atlet bola voli.
