Tinjauan Literatur Tentang Integrasi Cabang Olahraga Tradisional Dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Jasmani
Abstract
Integrasi permainan dan olahraga tradisional dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani (PJOK) semakin dipandang penting untuk mengembangkan kebugaran jasmani, literasi gerak, motivasi belajar, sekaligus pelestarian budaya lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan meninjau secara sistematis berbagai penelitian tentang integrasi cabang olahraga tradisional dalam kurikulum PJOK pada konteks nasional dan internasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review naratif dengan prinsip PRISMA, melalui pencarian artikel pada basis data Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, DOAJ, SINTA, dan Garuda. Rentang tahun publikasi yang dikaji adalah 2015–2025 dengan kata kunci utama “permainan/olahraga tradisional”, “traditional games/indigenous games”, dan “kurikulum pendidikan jasmani/physical education curriculum” dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Dari sekitar 100 artikel awal, 15 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi (9 studi Indonesia, 6 internasional). Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar intervensi berbasis permainan tradisional (durasi 4–12 minggu, frekuensi 1–3 kali/minggu) memberikan peningkatan bermakna pada kebugaran jasmani (di beberapa studi peningkatan rata-rata sekitar 10–15%), kemampuan gerak dasar, motivasi dan partisipasi belajar, serta nilai sosial siswa. Di sisi lain, faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan kurikulum, kreativitas guru, dan kolaborasi komunitas; sedangkan hambatan muncul dari keterbatasan pengetahuan guru, sarana, dan posisi permainan tradisional yang sering hanya menjadi selingan. Disimpulkan bahwa permainan/olahraga tradisional berpotensi besar menjadi komponen inti kurikulum PJOK yang berorientasi physical literacy dan responsif budaya, sehingga perlu diformalkan dalam kebijakan kurikulum dan program pengembangan profesional guru
